Unable to add hyperlink using Send Mail script

Hello Forum members,

Using the "Send Mail" script to open (Mac) Mail grays out the option to add a hyperlink in the Mail application.

You can go around it by saving as a draft and reopening email - but my users don't appreciate it.

Has anyone else run into this? Any help?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
