image doesn't print

Hi,

Having some trouble printing an image, all I get is a black box. On screen the image shows in both browse and preview mode, just doesn't print. Have tried as an inserted image on the layout and as a global container field but get the same output both ways.

Any thoughts? Oh, it's a jpeg.
