Changing Access Privileges while hosted on FileMaker Pro Server

I'm guessing that the answer is "can't be done", but maybe someone knows a trick I don't.

Any way to change Access Privileges (create a new password, modify settings for a Group, etc) while a database is hosted by FileMaker Pro Server 5.5?

I know that if I connect as the sole user with full access, I can define fields and do most everything else, but being able to add in a new user without shutting everything down would sure be nice!

You can change the password that you used to access the file if you do so by script or via the Menu command. You can change the same password in multiple files individually or en masse with the use of the DialogMagic Plug-in from New Millennium at http://www.newmillennium.com

If you want to add or delete a password or change a password from one group to another, then the files must closed on the server and opened in a copy of FileMaker Pro.
