Can someone review my attached file and tell me why it prints incorrectly. I am desperite

I created a new layout to print a label to my Dymo printer.

Now, when I try to print all my other forms etc [that were not changed], it tries to print sideways on the label size and I am having a hard time getting it to print portrait again.

I changed them back to lertter size on Printer set-up, it shows correct on Preview mode but does not print as it showes on preview.

The margins appear to be set correcly.

What am I missing? My Database is useless until I can figure this out. Please Please help with simple step by step instructions.
