Simple script works on my machine and doesn't work on a other machine in the network?

I have multiple scripts which works on my machine, but NOT on an other computer in our Nerwork.

Both machines works with the same Filemaker 7.

Example:

Scriptname: Go to customer

Script:

Go to related record[From table: "Customers"; External; Using layout: "Customers"(Customers)]

If I push the button on the other computer there is nothing happening.

How come that a script like above works on my machine but not on the other computer?

There's not a lot to go on. Is it possible that--in the example you provided--there are no related records in that data set? FM won't open the new window if there are no related records.
