is there a way to print an ERD from a *.USR

files?

If by ERD you mean Entity Relationship Diagram, the answer is no. There is not yet any automatic way to generate Entity Relationship Diagrams from a set of FileMaker files, although I did hear a rumor that Waves in Motion is planning to offer this feature in their next version of Analyzer.
