Delete main layout and additional portal fields

In this example I have a Tape and a portal layout with scene info. How come when I add tapes I can see all of the scenes from all tapes in the scene detailes window. Is the Table set up the right way?? Could someone please look at the solution and see if this is done the right way! Thanks
