change default database location

We are running Filemaker Server 5.5. We are moving 5.5 to a new server so I have installed Filemaker 5.5 onto c:program filesfilemaker server 5.5 (the default install location). Is there a way to store my database folder on the servers E drive (it is a separate drive in the system).
