POST using IPost Web

http://www.fmwebschool.com has a plugin called IPost Web, and it claims to be able to use the POST method. I downloaded the demo, and couldn't figure out how to use it with the WebViewer. The instructions are all about using regular fields to get data.

Anyone have any experience with this?
