Web publishing not showing up all data bases

Alright so I have gone through the IWP instalation guide on fm's downloads website. The sample database is sharing and works great however, None of my other databases are showing up on the web accessable database list (localhost/fmi/config filemakerserer> publish databases). I cant figure out what I'm doign wrong Please Help!

Did you set the fmiwp Extended Privilege for each of these files in the Define Accounts & Privileges area?
