I just got Server8 Adv. Then I realized that my webserver is a WinXP with Apache and it is not listed as a supported combination.

I would not like to change to IIS. I have software that will not run with IIS and replacing all that would be a job I am not looking forward to.

Has someone got this combination to work? Is it possible by following the installation protocol for Mac+Apache?

Server 8 Advanced does not run with Apache on Windows Server 2003. it runs with IIS on the Windows platform. It runs with Apache on Macintosh OS X Server.

Perhaps one day Apache will be supported on Windows; however as of this time, it is not.
