How can I block a field so that no on othere than "Full-Access" users can see a field?

We cover this in FileMaker Security: The Book.

In the Define Accounts & Privileges Area under Define Privilege Sets drill down on the Records option and select Custom. Then select Field Access, select the field, and assign it the option you want.

You must create a Privilege Set to enforce this action.
