Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to join the text from each field in a portal so you can mail merge it.

Eg.

Instead of this....(bill and his related records (car,bike and boat on 3 seperate lines)

you can actually join the related fields into a field on 1 line seperated by caridge returns???

bill | [email protected] | Car

Bike

boat

If possible you could then mail merge each person and their related records.

If it is not joined you only get the first item in the merge.
