Background. My customer is a franchiser. Franchisees print three lines on pre-printed certificates. The certificates can be printed for a number of their customers. My script prints one certificate with Print [with dialog] and then does the rest with Print [no dialog]. The Print Setup step is the same in both cases.

Problem. One franchisee has the second and subsequent certificates printing upside down. No other franchisee has the problem. The Printer is an HP 2610, which has a 180-degree rotate option.

Solution. ;)?:(????????????

My guess is that some innocuous setting in my Print step translates to 'Rotate' on the HP.

Anu suggestions? I am gong to try to install the printer driver on my development machine to have a little play but .....
