Slow Print Dialog - one file only

I have a file that takes about 10 seconds to display the Print Dialog box (windows) when you press the Print icon on a very plain layout with 6 records. It is the only file in the system doing this.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so how can it be resolved. I'm thinking file corruption....

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

More Info:

I closed the file off of FMServer and opened locally. Issue went away.

Optimized file. Problem still there.

Recovered file. Problem still there.
