I have a problem where the values in the value list are not showing all of the data. The value list is based on a company name variable from an exhibitors info table. There are over 1500 names in that list which means over 1500 selections in the value list. On all but one machine it shows the full list. On the one machine it stops in the midlle of the Vs. It's missing V-Z. (List is in alpha order). The machine in question has pleanty of RAM and when I do a search it still finds the data. It's just in the drop down value list.

Any ideas?

Hmmm ... Are the latest version updates installed on all client machines and on the server? There were some substantial indexing issues in the initial versions.

Additionally, you could try rebuilding the index for the Company Name field. Go to Define Database and set the Indexing for the field to "None" with the "Automatically create indexes as needed" option activated. Exit the Field Definitions by committing your changes, then see if the value list is displaying as needed.
