Need help with filemaker server

I am trying to run an event at 4:00 am everyday on the filemaker server. I want to open a database, using a user called autoupdater and I want it run a script called 4amautodata that is inside filemaker. What is the batch file commands and can I get the batch to run the filemaker script or do I just get it to open with a certain fake user like "autoupdater" and then use that as the trigger to launch the filemaker script.

You don't do this from the Server. You do it from FileMaker Pro client on a workstation. Generally speaking, there is no server side scripting.
