Does anyone know how to make a slide bar or something similar? for example, i want user to place or click a verticle line somewhere on the line, then we know the exact value .

There's no slider capability built-in to FileMaker, so I'm not sure how user-friendy it would be to imitate one. But I suppose you could try by using a repeating container calc for the graphic overlaid with buttons to change the source field value.

For the graphics part of this, you could use this technique, modified so that only the target value uses a handle graphic, and the rest use the line:
