faulty open url script?

i have an open url step. the url is built by combining feilds like so If(IsEmpty(block);"R:2006Builders" & "" & Builder & "" & Subdivision & "No Block" & "lot " & lot & "lot specs";"R:2006Builders" & "" & Builder & "" & Subdivision & "block " & block & "lot " & lot & "lot specs")

now the open script works on most users computer. but one user nothing pops up. any suggestions as to why or what to look for?

Is it possible they don't have a default web browser setup on their computer? Try creating a script with Open URL that is very simple so you can be sure it is not the URL. This will confirm if it is a problem with their default browser.
