Hi,

I'd like to have a URL which accesses latest emails from clients. Does anyone know of a way to do this within a layout so that this URL opens my email client and then relevant email?

Any help appreciated.

You are going to need a technology like AppleScript or Visual Basic to control an email client to that degree. FileMaker can Open URL or Send Mail with a script.

Thanks John,

I've decided to go for tab controls and portals using 'emails in' and 'emails out', but I just can't get the individual email records triggering from the projects table.

If you could shed any light on this I'd really appreciate it.
