I want to limit users' editing privileges for all defined fields except one memo field which allows users to add notes. I tried it to do it from Access Privileges, but the field is still not modifiable. I have set Developer and User password to limit the access priviliges. Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.

Limit in what way? You can do this with the field access privileges in the Privilege Set definition on a field by field basis. You need to drill down far enough to select the options. In the Records access tab, select Custom, then select Field Access.
