How do I repeat subsummary over two columns

All,

I would like to create a two column report that is sorted by a subsummary. When the records flow to the second column I would like the subsummary to repeat since this makes it easier for the reader.

For the example pic I just have one subsummary but there will be more and the number of records under each subsummary will change.

I have tried the different options in the part setup regarding page breaks.
