Best Way to Format Layout for Multi Sizes, Qtys Per Item

I am developing an order entry/tracking system in FM8 for a silkscreen/embroidery shop. Each order may have multiple styles & colors of garments, as well as multiple sizes with varied quantities per size.

I'm trying to figure out what would be the most effective way to create the records for the styles/colors/sizes/quantities. Currently, I've got a table for the entire order and within that table is a portal with a record for each item. (Each item could be a different style or color of garment.) I have a description field which can contain the color and style of each shirt. For the sizes and quantities, would my best option be to have a separate field for each size (there could be 12 or so sizes per item) in which to put the quantity for each size? Or is there a better way?

I'm trying to avoid cluttering up each record with a field for each size, but can't figure out a better way to do it.

Is there a better way to execute this, or should I continue with the above solution?
