Franco Posted November 23, 2006 Share Posted November 23, 2006 using filemaker advanced V8.03 on mac i recover a file with no problem. the file work fine on Pc win xp home Fmp advanced 8.03 but if i try to recover it a message say "this file is not done using filemaker....". I try to recover it because this file that work fine on a mac server it doesn't work in a xp server, only this file, i have other solutions that work fine. Please help me. Ender Posted November 23, 2006 Share Posted November 23, 2006 Something's not clear. Are you actually running FileMaker Server? If so, on which OS? In any case, you'll need a good backup when you go about a recovery. Remember: recovery is meant to retrieve the data, not the file structure.
