Email Separate Message to Each Record in Found Set

FMP v8 in Windows XP and Outlook: will not send a separate email to each record in a found set. I have selected the "Multiple Emails..." radio button and selected an "Email Address" field, and have NOT selected "Collect email addresses across the found set." For example, if there are 10 records in the found set, Outlook generates 10 email messages with all 10 email addreses in the "TO:" box of each message. A Mac running OS X sharing the file on the server runs the same commands just fine with Entourage and creates 10 separate email messages and only 1 address in the "TO:" box of each message.

Try using a script and looping through your found set, sending a message based on the current record.

I have tried using Scriptmaker too and got the same result...works on the Mac but not on the Windows computer. I created a script for finding, sorting, and emailing the same email message to each individual in the found set with the "Send Email" command.

Post your script.
