Hi,

I am the new one and also quite new to FM. I will support about 100 FM-Server installations. Most run very well but some, the bigger ones, complain about long responstimes. One is with 30 Clients. And it lasts about 1 minute (50 to 70 Secs) to switch from one to another fp5-file to display it.

What is a typical or maximum usercount? FM Server is running on W2K-Server 100Mbit Ethernet TCP/IP the clients mostly are XPPro Systems. Hardware is max 3 years old or younger.

What could I check? Where are bottlenecks, enhanced by bad parametersettings?
