How to change the 'on click' color of a button

While we click any button the button color changes to black for the moment the button remains pressed.

How can we prevent that or change the 'onclick' color to button color?

Actually i want the to suppress the dialog box that appears asking to save(when automatic save is turned off). So i set the button control of the screen to "refresh", but now as i click anywhere the screen momentarily turns black.

Is there any other way to supress that dialog?

Not that i know of.. Maybe with a plugin...
