Xerox Docucolor 3535 not working with Tiger

This office has mostly MAC OS Panther clients, plus a couple of Tiger clients. (FMP 7, FM Server 7)

Only the clients with Tiger installed cannot print from FM. When they send something to the printer, the printer shows an error about the size of the paper and no one else can print until the job is cleared. This problem only happens with FM, since the Tiger clients can print from any other application (Illustrator, PDFs, etc.). Anyone has seen this happen before?
