Configuring FileMaker Web Publishing

Hi I'm a technician working for a Distance Education School and they like to use FileMaker Pro for all kinds of things, I myself have never used it before. The school purchased FileMaker Server Advanced and I have everything pretty much working except for the feature they actually bought this server for and that is the Web Engine. I can't seem to figure out how to have FileMaker Server set up with IIS. I had IIS installed when I installed FileMaker Server and all that happened is that it created a virtual directory that contains one .dll file in it. I need to know how to set this up properly or at least what directory is supposed to be the document root directory for the site in IIS so the FileMaker Server can be used via a web browser. Any assistance you can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

*I searched through the documentation (a few different documents actually) and it didn't seem to help me at all*

Did you install the separate Web Publishing Engine portion? That is different than the database server portion.

Yes I installed the Web Engine. Any other suggestions?

OK, the authentication method must generally be set in IIS to allow for anonymous access. And the directory is usually at the root level of the service itself.

There is an installation guide that came with FMS Advanced. Do you have that?
