Remote Access Settings

I have a small FM solution running on Server 8 at work, and want to see the files on my home FileMaker 8 client by remote access. What firewall and networking settings do I need on the server and at home? Server has a static IP address. Any assist is greatly appreciated.

Open Port 5003 on the router and forward packets to your FMS server.
