Relationship for a Portal

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm creating a database at the moment and can't figure out something...pretty sure it is related to a relationship and value list problem.

My business is service oriented and we give the option to a customer to use our services during 1 or several weeks (max of 5 weeks). Each week has a different employee in charge of the customer and this information should be available for the customer.

For example:

W1, employee is John

W2, employee is David

W3, employee is Peter

I have created a table for this called WEEKS. 2 fields : weeks are in a Refweek field

employees are in a employees field

I have done a portal in order to add or delete records but I dont really know which relationship create so when I type W1, the name of employee will automatically appear next to it, so on and so forth.

What should I do ?

Thanks for your help
