Kick users with locked records

I have been loving FM Server's ability to apply database changes while the file is being shared. I'm a lazy administrator so I love being able to do stuff during regular hours. However, invariably I have a user that has a record locked. No biggie you think, just wait a few minutes and they'll move on. Not in my case, we have people that have it open and a record locked but then they minimize FileMaker or walk away to a meeting. No manner of notification or messages are going to work.

It would be really nice to somehow tie in the disconnect to the "Waiting to Commit Changes" bit.
