File damaged on single machine

Featured Replies

Our set up first: the fp5 database is hosted on a dedicated server running FM Server, and there are 5 client machines.

After a power cut this morning everything was shut down and restarted again. When the first client machine (reception1) was started up it said that a file was damaged. This file was replaced with a recent backup and it started up OK. All clients are now running properly, apart from Reception1. This machine opens the file happily enough, but certain scripts bring up a damaged file error. This does not happen on any of the other clients, and there is no client specific scripting in the scripts causing the error ("if status(currentuser = rec1)" etc)

Any thoughts what might be going on here? Much obliged.
