FMP V6.04

I would like to create a button that would dial a telephone number over the speaker of my computer, so that I could hold my phone in front of it and as such dial the number. BTW I use tone dialling.

Is there a script for FMP 6 to do this? Or is there a standard way to set it up and it would work?
