how do i email and attach a file stored in a container field using scripting ?

Using Send Email allows me to send an email but I have to select the attachment in the options so kinda stuck.

One way to achieve it would be to first use the Export Field Contents [ ] command to place the container contents into a file that can be sent as an attachment, and then specify the relevant file path as the attachment for the Send Mail [ ] step. :D
