Label Printing Woes

We're rolling out 8.5 to our clients and have discovered that automated print scripts that worked in 8.0 no longer work in 8.5. Clients are using Zebra and Dymo printers. When comparing the two, preview of the label looks and prints fine in 8.0. In 8.5 it's totally hosed and won't print correct (FM is fairly close to previewing what will print).

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you fix it?
