SetField can't be accessed by Runtime

I have setup a whole bunch of scripts, picture changers mostly, which depend on the Setfield command to work. However, when I create the Runtime, I keep getting Your access privileges will not allow this action -- ruining all the scripts.

What am I doing wrong?
