Sending email through FM - what/where/how?

Hi people,

I'm working on a Mac (OS10). We have downloaded a trial FM verson 8.5 to see if it will be suitable for a new client/supplier database.

When I tried to send a test email, it won't send but just sits in the Mac Mail outbox. Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
