Hello,

Enclosed I have left a copy of an application I am currently using in my office to track clientele and calls. As of late I have been looking for a better way to clean up the area noted as the "Call Log" as well as print simple reports that calculate the number of 'calls' made per logged in user.

Currently I am using the call log to act as a sort of container per record, all that is left is to create a gathering tool that will pull the number of dated items within each container (per record) and compile them in a simple list that shows how many calls have actually been attempted and the respective result.

PLEASE HELP! If this makes perfect sense to you, I have allowed for downloading and review purposes a link to my website and the .fp7 file that is currently used.

Once again to clarify this matter, I am looking to:

(On Table View Reports)

A ) Upon FileMaker Start Up and load of Call_Log- update automatically the current calendar date for 'Total Calls for Date: "Calls Today" '

B ) Create a Printable Report that includes the Call Log for every record within the database showing the following fields:

Account Name (FM Login); Calls Today Result; Total Calls (All FM Login Account Names)

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. You may download a copy of the log using the link provided.
