Compare Databases

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this topic in, feel free to move it.

We recently moved our filemaker server onto another server but left up the old one, a user wasn't aware of the fact and entered a massive amount of data into the database.

Is there an application that can compare the two databases list the changes and update the current database file?

I googled it and all that came up was genie update which apparently is dead.

Were all the entries new records or was it all just mixed in?
