Hi,

We are unable to connect to our Filemaker Web Publishing administration console. It seems that the username and/or the password have been lost. But there is good chance the problem is with the username.

There is a way to find which username have been used when the installation of the service was done?

If the problem is with the password I suppose the solution is to reinstall the service...

Unless you are extraordinarily familar at an OS level with the various aprts of the WPE, a reinstall is the best bet.
