I have embedded this hyperlink in an existing web page on our site to open a FileMaker database via IWP:

"http://76.97.242.101/fmi/iwp/cgi?-db=my+database&-loadframes"

This works perfectly.

Needed FM Feature:

I need a way to include a parameter in this hyperlink that I can retrieve from the script that is executed automatically when the database is opened?

Maybe:

"http://76.97.242.101/fmi/iwp/cgi?-db...ds&-loadframes&-parm=xyz123"

And a new function:

Get( URLParameter )

My goal is to be able to embed a hyperlink in an email message that will automatically display a different layout and/or record from the database.

Of course if anyone can think of a solution I could implement without waiting for FileMaker to add this feature, I'd be grateful for input ...
