Hi, I have a client that just installed a Win 2003 server. They are running FMS 5.0 and now cannot see the files listed in the host dialog box. They are using the Win Active Directory Service but FMS 5.0 has no configuration for this like the FMS 5.5 does. Is there any work around or information you can provide. PLEASE HELP!

Server 5 is not certified for use with Windows Server 2003. Try entering the IP address of the Server into the Open Remote dialog.

Hi Steve, thanks for responding. I had him "specify host" and nothing happened. We do have other clients running FMS 5.0 on Win 2003 with no problem, but I think it has to do with the Win Active Directory service thats the problem and I was wondering if there is any setting in FMS 5.0 or in Win 2003 that would allow the files to be seen in the host dialog box.
