Does anybody know a solution how I can send an email attachment, where the file path of the attachment is a result of a calculation ?

The mail server I am using is a MS Exchange Server.

Just before the Send Mail script step, use 'Set Variable' to set say $attach to your calculation field, prefixed with 'filewin:/' and then in the Send Mail step, just put $attach in the Specify File dialog for the attachment. :)
