My files appear in IWP, and I can access them via remote client, Blackbelt, and CWP using FX.php.

But.... in the WPAC under published databases, nothing appears. Also, when I use the WPAC to change anything, like shutting off IWP, it tells me I have to restart the web server and the administration console. I have turned everything off and restarted the server, FMS8A via the FMS Amin Console, restarted the WPE, and still get this same set of red messages. Anyone have any ideas.
