Suddenly, attempting to connect to FMS8 with Server Admin. I get "unable to connect to fm server." I just want to shut down the Server. Can I shut it down without the Admin utility? Where should I look to troubleshoot this connection problem?

Grateful for any direction.

The Server Admin tool only works when the FM Server daemons (services) are running.

Even so, I don't think it can be used to shutdown or restart the hardware.
