I made a database for church, they have used it about 2 years without any problem. Then the problem started last week. When they print some report, the computer turn off. I try to print from other computers, the same problems occur.

They have on server with fms 7 and 3 coputers installed fmp 7. The printer(hp 1300) is connected with one computer and shared.

I did recover the file procedure and I do what I can.

What cause the printing problem?

It reminded me about this KB article at Microsoft, not sure if it's the same issue though.
