I have been building a database with training classes. I need to take attendance and keep track of which classes who attended and how long each class was for cumulative hours for continuing education re-certifications.

I am able to use pull down menus for enetring names from the personnel database, but this is clunky because I have to scroll through each list of 60 values up to 35 times. I want to develop a checkbox solution for ease of data entry.

Needless to say I have been very frustrated!

Is what I want to do even possible?

Am I missing a simple work around?

Does anyone have any advice?

HELP!!!
