Does anyone know what is up with these people? We've used eAuthorize at client sites several times over the years. Works great.

We ordered another license from them over their web site. They charged our card, but two days later we have yet to recieve a license key.

Phones aren't answered. Calls aren't returned. Emails aren't answered. I'm wondering if they went out of business or something. They had awesome customer service for ages...and now no one seems to be there at all.

Seems odd that they would bother changing their name if they were about to go out of business.

Their Web site says that some of their plug-ins (not eAuthorize) are now sold through http://onestopfilemaker.com -- maybe they know what's going on:

I just got a very apologetic email back from them. It seems that there had been a death in the family for one of the principles there.

So now I feel like kind of a jerk for being impatient. But its all resolved now and I can continue to be a fan of their products.
