Newbies yfeinstein Posted May 3, 2007 Newbies Posted May 3, 2007 Hey, Im very new to this FM stuf, wondering if you guys could give me some help. Im building a database for a summer camp and having some trouble sorting. I have a CHECK BOX field with boxes numbered 1 through 8 for the 8 Sessions. Campers attend 3 or 5 days a week, so I have a RADIO BUTTON field with 3 and 5 days. I have a CHECK BOX field with days monday through friday that campers can attend. (choosing 3 or 5 of the days) I have a RADIO BUTTON field for camper grade with K through 6 and CIT. Now... I am having problems designing a SORT script to find: 1. Campers only attending 1st session (or 1 session at a time) sorted by grade and then alphabetically by last name (I figured how to do it alphabetically but thats all). -I tried and I get campers attending first session as well as others, I cant isolate ONLY 1st session. 2. Campers attending mondays and thursdays. So my question is how do I isolate individual values to sort for from CHECK BOX fields? WHat would that SORT script look like? If I have a RADIO BUTTON, is there any way to sort for values where its clicked and when its NOT clicked? Thanks
Newbies yfeinstein Posted May 3, 2007 Author Newbies Posted May 3, 2007 Also, if I am SORTING by Session and Grade alphabetically, how do I create page breaks by grade so that I can print each grade individually for attendance purposes?
